Regretfully, entry into Salute 2010 is sold out, which is why you no longer see a place on this page to download the registration form.  Holstein ’s Herd registration is still open, so click on the image to the right to find out more and download the entry form. 2010 Waiting List
To get on the waiting list, please email: registration@americangraffiti.net and give the following information:

On the email subject line, type:
2010 Salute Waiting List

In the body of the mail, type:
2010 Salute Waiting List
Your full name
Complete address
Telephone (and best time of day to call you)
Year and make of vehicle you want to register.

Our registrar will confirm receipt of your email by return email and advise you that you have been placed on the waiting list.

As the crow flies, if you live 150 or more miles away from Petaluma and would like to enter your vehicle in Salute 2011, please email us at the address below after November 1, 2010.

ABOUT REGISTRATION!

Note that we do not send out emails regarding registration nor does entry into any previous Salute guarantee that you will be automatically entered into this year's or future Salutes.

Entries into Petaluma’s Salute to American Graffiti are accepted first-come, first served and MUST be mailed via the United States Postal Service to our post office box in Petaluma.

We have no control over how the postal service handles mail and when it is delivered to our post office box, which we check once and sometimes twice each day during the registration period. Mail that receives the most preferential treatment by the postal service is Express Mail, followed by Priority Mail and finally 1st Class Mail.

If you are genuinely concerned about your registration form arriving in the fastest possible time with the least possibility of being mis-directed during transit (which does happen), we suggest that you consider utilizing Express Mail. Remember, only USPS will deliver to a post office box. Do NOT use FedEX, UPS or DHL.

--- Don’t give your entry to your postal delivery person or drop in a street mail box.
--- Do take it directly to your nearest main post office.
--- Don’t mail your entry on a Saturday or Sunday or after last pickup on a Friday as there may be no pickup until Monday! Mail picked up on weekends and holidays is often handled differently and may be sent to a central sorting facility in a different locale.

Finally, please use the checklist provided to make sure your registration is complete! Be neat, accurate, follow the instructions and include your payment in full!

Insurance: Please note that California law requires that you carry proof of insurance in each vehicle that you own and drive on public roads. Be advised that you will be required to show current proof of insurance (insurance registration card) in order to obtain entry into Petaluma's Salute to American Graffiti.

Trophies: If you own a $200,000 show car and expect to win a trophy, Petaluma’s Salute to American Graffiti may not be for you! We’re strictly for fun! We do not group vehicles into classes. Our trophy sponsors choose the vehicle they like the best based solely on their personal preferences, so a Rat Rod might beat out a $100,000 show classic.
